Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Workshop Manager at 55 Car Care. The Workshop Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of technicians, coordinate service schedules, maintain inventory levels, and ensure quality control standards are met consistently.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Management, and Organizational skills
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes
- Experience in managing a workshop or service center
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Technical certification or degree in Automotive Technology is a plus
- Experience with inventory management systems
