What you'll be working on:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit videos tailored for corporate branding, client testimonials, property showcases, and promotional campaigns.
  • Create engaging short-form videos optimized for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Film and edit behind-the-scenes content, property tours, agent highlights, and event coverage.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop video concepts aligned with the brand's voice and strategy.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents, leadership, and clients to highlight unique selling points and communicate the brand effectively.
  • Brainstorm creative ideas for reels, stories, and viral content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Edit videos with attention-grabbing techniques, transitions, sound effects, and captions to maximize engagement.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for web and mobile viewing, adhering to platform-specific requirements.
  • Operate and maintain video, photography, and lighting equipment to ensure consistent quality.
  • Use video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) and design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) as needed.
  • Use analytics tools to measure video performance and suggest improvements.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in videography, preferably for corporate or social media campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video projects, particularly in real estate or similar industries.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and knowledge of creating content for different social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with photography and video equipment, including cameras, drones, and lighting.
  • Excellent storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives through video.
  • Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
