Position: Off-Plan Property Consultant - MUST HAVE DEVELOPER/OFF-PLAN EXPERIENCE

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-time with Monthly Salary plus Generous Commission

About the Role

As a Property Consultant, you will play a key role in showcasing and selling premium real estate developments. Leveraging an extensive portfolio and strong market presence, you will provide investors with exclusive insights and guide them through the process of acquiring high-potential properties. Your success will be driven by your ability to build trust, understand investor objectives, and deliver data-backed recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Engage with potential investors to assess their needs and recommend suitable properties.
  • Project Showcasing: Conduct compelling presentations (both virtual and in-person) to highlight the unique advantages of the developments, including prime locations, ROI potential, and payment structures.
  • Market Expertise: Stay up to date with Dubai's real estate trends, regulatory changes, and investment potential to provide clients with accurate and insightful guidance.
  • Negotiation & Sales Closure: Guide clients through the buying process, from offer negotiations to reservation agreements and documentation.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and key industry stakeholders to expand sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the in-house sales, marketing, and research teams to refine sales strategies and maximize client engagement.
