About the Client:
A Sharjah based dynamic Freezone organization offering hassle-free business setup solutions.
Job Description:
- Welcome all clients, visitors, and VIP guests with the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality
- Manage the Queue Management System to ensure minimal client wait time and smooth flow of walk-ins.
- Handle document receipt, dispatch, and courier coordination to ensure timely delivery and record maintenance.
- Monitor and manage the lobby environment to ensure a pleasant and organized client experience at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Candidates should have a corporate office background.
