The successful candidate will take ownership of the testing strategy and delivery across the programme, with a particular focus on Tricentis Tosca automation, SAP testing and end-to-end business process validation.
This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with the SAP programme team, functional workstreams, business stakeholders and systems integration partner.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the overall SAP testing strategy and approach across the S/4HANA programme.
- Lead the implementation and use of Tricentis Tosca for automated testing.
- Define and manage SIT, UAT, regression and end-to-end testing cycles.
- Develop automation strategies covering SAP S/4HANA and integrated applications.
- Work closely with SAP functional leads to identify and prioritise automation opportunities.
- Manage test planning, execution, defect management and reporting.
- Coordinate testing activities across multiple workstreams, teams and locations.
- Establish testing standards, governance, processes and quality controls.
- Work with the SI and business teams to ensure testing milestones are achieved.
- Support test data and environment planning.
- Provide regular reporting on testing progress, risks, defects and overall readiness.
- Lead and mentor testing and automation resources.
Experience Required
- Strong experience leading testing on SAP S/4HANA programmes.
- Significant hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca.
- Proven experience developing and implementing test automation frameworks.
- Experience across large-scale SAP transformation or rollout programmes.
- Strong understanding of SAP end-to-end business processes and integration testing.
- Experience across SIT, UAT, regression and end-to-end testing.
- Experience working with SI partners and large, complex programme teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Previous experience leading distributed testing teams.
Desirable
- Tricentis Tosca certification.
- Experience integrating Tosca with Azure DevOps, Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
- Experience testing SAP integrations, APIs and non-SAP applications.
- Experience on large transformation programmes within the Middle East / GCC.
- Previous UAE or wider GCC project experience.
