Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE at KAYE & CO. in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The candidate will be responsible for benefits administration (processing visa applications), HR management, HRIS maintenance, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and assisting with various HR functions such as the onboarding process and employee-related matters, such as holiday/sick requests. This role requires you to have knowledge of working with CRMs and be quick at data entry.

Experience in a similar role within the Real Estate industry is required for this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Benefit Administration: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring it aligns with the company's objectives, complies with local regulations, and includes necessary documentation for sick leave and holiday entitlements, along with experience in visa processing and coordination with PROs.
  • Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, maintaining confidentiality, and providing management support in employee engagement initiatives.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, covering contract management and employee rights, while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Keep HR records accurate and current, generate necessary reports for senior management, and ensure thorough documentation of all employee-related activities.
  • HR Policies: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with company needs and adhere to UAE labour laws, following best practices for optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Executive in a real estate brokerage or a related industry.
  • Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
  • Proficient in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Extensive knowledge of Labour and Employment Law, along with HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Monday.com and Pipedrive.
  • HR certification or a related qualification is an added advantage.

This role is office-based in Business Bay.
