Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and cycle counts.
- Track inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to prevent shortages.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock records and actual inventory.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and procurement teams to ensure smooth inventory operations.
- Maintain records of stock movements, receipts, and dispatches.
- Generate inventory reports and provide insights for better stock management.
- Implement and improve inventory control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on sales and demand trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as an Inventory Controller, Storekeeper, or similar role (UAE experience preferred).
- Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP, WMS, or SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock monitoring and reporting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
