The Role:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Credit Controller to take ownership of the credit control process, focusing on international markets. This new role offers the chance to build processes, strengthen client relationships, and ensure timely collection of receivables while collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end credit control, ensuring timely collection of payments.
  • Collect, monitor, and analyze receivable data, preparing detailed reports.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international customers to streamline payment processes.
  • Develop credit policies to improve efficiency and mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with international teams.
  • Work closely with the Finance Director to support strategic decisions and financial performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable, ideally with US market exposure.
  • Ability to work independently and lead credit control processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • International mindset, with flexibility to work across time zones.
  • Analytical skills to present data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Location: Dubai-based, mostly remote, with occasional office visits.

Hours: Dubai working hours, with occasional time zone collaboration.

Salary: AED 15,000 – 17,000 per month.
