Market Analysis & Research:

  1. Conduct in-depth research to identify trading opportunities within the fertilizer market.
  2. Track global trends, pricing, and demand-supply dynamics to inform trading strategies.
  3. Support the preparation of market reports and presentations for the senior trading team.

Trade Execution & Support:

  1. Assist senior traders in executing trades efficiently.
  2. Liaise with suppliers, buyers, and logistics teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
  3. Manage and maintain trade-related documentation, contracts, and records.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Collaborate with the senior trading team to nurture relationships with clients and suppliers.
  2. Address client inquiries and provide regular market updates.
  3. Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements and preferences.

Risk Management:

  1. Monitor and mitigate risks associated with trading activities.
  2. Ensure adherence to company policies, trading limits, and regulatory standards.
  3. Assist in resolving trade-related issues or disputes promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-10 years' experience in the fertilizer trading industry
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
