HR Executive Career Opportunity at Wyndham Garden Ajman ________ Wyndham Garden Ajman is currently seeking an experienced HR Executive to join its team in Ajman. This opportunity is suitable for HR professionals with UAE experience who are passionate about supporting employees, improving workplace processes, and contributing to the success of a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily human resources operations and employee-related activities.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support when required.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and UAE labor regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Candidates must be currently available inside the UAE.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage confidential employee information professionally.
- Good understanding of HR processes and workplace practices.
