We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:

To manage a project, coordinate the execution and delivery of the requested works from the client. Ensuring the highest quality product is delivered within budget, managing resources and materials efficiently.

Responsibilities:The individu

al will be responsible for (but not limited to):Review of contract

  • documentation, project schedules, bills of quantity, construction and design information to produce and implement a project plan original.Direct and motivat
  • e staff to successfully achieve the project plan.Ensure that the co
  • nstruction documentation is timeously available, sufficiently detailed and coordinated to enable the works to be carried out.Administrate the c
  • o-ordination with contractor, subcontractors and consultants. Attend, coordinate and record regular consultant, contractor, and subcontractor meetings and give instructions to project team based on these meetings.Oversee the co-ord
  • ination of all Local Authorities submission, approvals, inspections etc. to ensure fully commissioned and functional building handover.Oversee and guide
  • the project team to ensure that efficient engineering, production and scheduling of the project occur, namely:Technical material
  1. submittals for all materials, equipment and systems and obtaining consultant/client approval for the same.Preparation, co-or
  2. dination and submission for approval purposes all shop drawings, design calculations and technical submittals.Sourcing, ordering
  3. (through Procurement) and logistics of all materials and equipment as per approved material submittals and shop drawings, for the installations works to be completed.Site management an
  4. d coordination of all Fitout activities as per project working schedules.Conducting all equ
  5. ipment material inspections with the consultant representative.Preparation and su
  6. bmission of all materials, equipment and systems installation method statements.Preparation and su
  7. bmission of all installation inspection requests and getting consultant approval for the same.Conducting all equ
  8. ipment and systems testing and commissioning activities in coordination with suppliers and consultant representatives.Design co-ordinati
  9. on with Main contractors, subcontractors, Interior designers, Architects and Consultants.Implement, oversee
  • and guide the project team to ensure project planning and resources scheduling are provided for the successful completion of project:Provide and mainta
  1. in detailed project schedules (program, information, procurement, engineering), action plans, activities and deadlines within parameters of the contract program.Planning and sched
  2. uling of works to ensure that sufficient resources are available to maintain or exceed project contractual requirements; inclusive of subcontractors.Monitor, record an
  3. d co-ordinate the field activities and actual resource production rates.Monitor, record an
  4. d co-ordinate project requirements with other trades, contractor, subcontractors and consultant.Monitor and revise
  5. project schedule as necessary to incorporate revisions to scope of works, delays and extensions.Implement and over
  • see project commercial aspects:Ensure that projec
  1. t team correctly identify and record payment certification. Co-ordinate with contractor / consultant to ensure timeous processing of certificates.Ensuring that the
  2. project team quantify and record all delays, abortive works cost, extension of time claims, verbal instructions, variations and omissions.Ensure that daily,
  3. weekly and monthly site records are maintained by project team.Ensure that the co
  4. ntract closeout procedures are administered in line with the contractual and commercial requirements.Report project sta
  5. tus to Project Director / General Manager as required (contractual, commercial and program.)Contract improveme
