Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop scalable, secure, and functional web applications.
  2. Develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
  3. Work on the maintenance and improvement of existing data structures.
  4. Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Work with the product and operations team to provide guidance and execution on the product roadmap.
Key Skills
  1. Experience with designing persistence and caching models using both SQL and NoSQL.
  2. Strong knowledge of PHP and design patterns, components, tools, concepts, best practices, standards and systems of record is strongly desired.
  3. Strong knowledge in MongoDB.
  4. Strong understanding of RESTful JSON web API design principles.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Laravel/PHP developer.
Minimum of bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
Train Junior developers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for junior engineers.
Mentor the progress of junior engineers, providing feedback on their work, and helping them identify areas for improvement.
