GRP/REN est la division de TotalEnergies en charge du développement, de la construction, de l'exploitation et de la maintenance, de la gestion d'actifs et du financement de projets d'énergies renouvelables : énergie solaire à grande et petite échelle (production distribuée), éolien onshore et offshore, énergie hors réseau, stockage. Son objectif stratégique est d'accumuler 35 GW d'ici 2025, 100 GW de capacité opérationnelle d'énergies renouvelables d'ici 2030 (base fin avril 2023 : 18,2 GW). Compte tenu de ce programme de croissance ambitieux, du rythme rapide des opérations quotidiennes et des changements réguliers, l'agilité à l'échelle et l'apprentissage rapide sont des impératifs pour continuer à saisir les opportunités du marché et à affiner nos capacités d'innovation tout en industrialisant les processus et en rationalisant notre organisation.

Vous occuperez un poste d'Analyste Financier et les principales activités sur ce poste seront les suivantes :

  • Maintenir une collaboration transversale et les processus internes
  • Contribuer activement et soutenir la croissance et les ambitions de TotalEnergies dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables
  • Partager régulièrement vos expériences et vos connaissances avec l'équipe afin d'améliorer continuellement la qualité de la gestion des investissements et des transactions réalisées
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des performances du groupe en encourageant la collaboration et le travail d'équipe
  • Travailler de manière transversale avec d'autres équipes du groupe TotalEnergies
  • Produire des présentations pour les comités internes (états financiers, économie, sensibilités) pour la direction générale et en relation avec les décisions des comités internes
  • Construire et gérer les modèles financiers des projets
  • Veiller à ce que le développement commercial bénéficie d'un soutien adéquat pour évaluer les aspects économiques des nouvelles opportunités
  • Proposer des optimisations financières afin d'accroître la rentabilité des projets
  • Travailler avec des équipes interfonctionnelles et des entités commerciales pour veiller à ce que les évaluations, la diligence raisonnable et la planification de l'intégration soient achevées dans les délais
  • Proposer des modèles d'évaluation de référence standard
  • Vous tenir pleinement informé(e) des principales évolutions du marché et des nouvelles/événements du secteur
  • Analyser la bancabilité (liée à la documentation du projet et à la structure envisagée pour le projet)
  • En pleine coordination avec les divisions internes (notamment fiscales et comptables, juridiques...) et les conseillers externes, assister les membres les plus expérimentés de l'équipe dans la réalisation des diverses vérifications préalables dans le but de confirmer une répartition saine des risques pour les projets, conformément à la pratique du financement de projet/financement structuré
  • Contribuer à l'identification précoce des sources de financement et de leurs structures disponibles pour les projets (en utilisant des structures de dette sans recours, à recours limité, à recours total).

Compétences techniques :

  • Finance d'entreprise (Compréhension de la mécanique bilan/compte de résultat/flux de trésorerie)
  • Bases de comptabilité/contrôle de gestion
  • Compétences analytiques, rigueur dans le traitement des chiffres et la gestion des deadlines

Compétences informatiques :

  • Maitrise du pack Microsoft Office en particulier Excel et Powerpoint
  • Anglais : niveau C1
  • Français : niveau B2/C1
