We provide a full range of design, engineering and project management services for buildings, transportation and other infrastructure programmes.

We are currently looking for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile project in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pre-contract cost planning and estimating, BoQ production, tender services, contract preparation;
  2. Post contract administration of contract (POMI, FIDIC Red Books and D&B – drafting correspondences, claims, delay analysis etc.);
  3. Management of bonds, insurances and guarantee logs;
  4. Interim valuations and payment certificates;
  5. Variations analysis, recommendations and management;
  6. Performing risk and value management and cost control functions;
  7. Undertaking costs analysis project work;
  8. Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks;
  9. Reporting to Client Representative on all commercial issues;
  10. Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations;
  11. Managing workload with minimal supervision;
  12. Client facing and leading commercial meetings.

Experiences and Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university;
  2. Must have previous experience of FIDIC Traditional and Design and Build Contracts;
  3. Hotels/ Residential/ Commercial experience a must;
  4. Minimum 4 years pre or post-contract experience;
  5. MRICS or enrolled on APC as minimum;
  6. Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 2 years;
  7. Knowledge in the use of QS software CATO or similar is required;
  8. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
  9. Team and/or independent worker;
  10. Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
