Reporting to Sales Manager

Job Objective

  5. Input all prospective leads, customer details, sales and so on into sales supply & CRM system.
  6. Execute reliable networking within the community and generate leads within the designated locations.
  7. Collaborating for the release of promotions in newspaper and attending ask for promoted buildings.
  8. Prepare regular monthly competitive survey report as well as assess the realty market trends and also conditions in the area.
  9. Take care of responses of client comments, suggestions as well as market fads.
  10. Maintain exact documents of all deals & communications made with clients.
  11. React to all online or telephone inquiries in a professional and prompt way.
  12. Job very closely with the sales group to examine the development of the division & create sales approach appropriately.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in appropriate field or matching.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience of which minimum 3 years need to be in a placement presuming comparable duties with a leading actual estate business. Understanding of the local and regional lawful setting.
