Ramada Plaza By Wyndham Dubai Deira Hotel We are looking for aHousekeeping Room Attendant

Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas while adhering to established cleanliness standards.
Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests.
Restock supplies, including toiletries, linens, and coffee, ensuring all items are fresh and in place for guest convenience.
Efficiently manage time to complete assigned tasks within the given timeframe, prioritizing high-traffic rooms and special requests.
Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials and chemicals to maintain safety in the workplace.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any guest concerns.
Maintain an organized cart and storage area, ensuring all cleaning equipment and supplies are readily available and in good condition.
Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to enhance their overall experience at the property.
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to housekeeping and guest privacy to foster trust and respect.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve cleaning techniques and service excellence.

Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills valued to enhance communication with diverse guests.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, showcasing a basic understanding of housekeeping standards.
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role, ideally 1-2 years to ensure competency in cleaning practices.
Certifications in safety and sanitation practices, highlighting a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment, demonstrating the ability to use tools effectively and safely.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring every corner of the guest room meets high cleanliness and presentation standards.
Excellent time management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic, fostering team spirit and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items, as the role requires bending, standing, and moving throughout shifts.
