Job Description
  • Drive company vehicles safely and efficiently to deliver products to clients while adhering to all traffic regulations.
  • Actively engage with customers during deliveries, promoting products and providing information to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Maintain an organized schedule for deliveries and ensure timely arrivals to meet customer expectations.
  • Handle cash and process transactions accurately, maintaining a balanced cash register during daily operations.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
  • Assist in loading and unloading products, ensuring proper handling to minimize damage and maintain quality.
  • Document delivery routes and customer interactions in detail to provide accurate reporting and feedback to management.
  • Implement effective sales strategies during delivery interactions to drive product awareness and increase sales.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times, fostering strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of driving experience with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the retail or logistics industries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Familiarity with the local area and route optimization for efficient deliveries.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Physically fit to lift and transport products, ensuring safe handling during deliveries.
