Precast Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Precast Foreman to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of precast concrete elements, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing a team of workers to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects. The Precast Foreman will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety regulations.

• Oversee the production of precast concrete elements

• Maintain production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Precast Foreman or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of precast concrete production processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Certification in precast concrete production is a plus
