With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie (ZEST) to join the One&Only team at The One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai.

Your role will include the following responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the quality and standards as per the brand.
  2. Follow all rules and responsibilities strictly.
  3. Communicate important information with the direct supervisor.
  4. Adhere to all HACCP standards and improve them consistently.
  5. Handle and accommodate all guest requests with care.
  6. Maintain the highest levels of personal hygiene and grooming at all times.
  7. Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to lead the team in the assigned area.
  8. Consistently train subordinates to ensure standards are maintained.
  9. Take charge of the section in the absence of the Chef de Partie.

Suitable candidates will report directly to the Chef de Cuisine. Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels. A strong attention to detail, flexibility, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English are a must; knowledge of another language is a plus. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
