Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying and selling properties.
  • Conduct market research and provide clients with property value assessments.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to grow the client base.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiate property prices and terms to secure successful transactions.
  • Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare necessary documents, including purchase agreements and contracts.
  • Collaborate with mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other professionals.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws, trends, and best practices.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and offer after-sales support.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property values.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong sales and marketing abilities.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
  • Multilingual abilities.
