Receptionist/ Florist

1. Receiving orders from clients through WhatsApp or phone calls (Never missing calls/texts).
2. Replying to customers via phone or text in a polite and well-mannered way.
3. Gathering complete information about orders and ensuring all requirements are fulfilled.
4. Handling all orders from start to finish.
5. Taking photos of all orders in the best way possible (photography and Instagram skills needed).
6. Welcoming and assisting in-shop customers, ensuring their needs are met.
7. Following up with florists and managing order timelines.
8. Managing and following up with florist's work.
9. Demonstrating sales and marketing skills.
10. Being focused and well-disciplined.
11. Being organized and energetic.
12. Staying updated with trendy floral arrangements.
13. Arranging and coordinating with different third parties (couriers, suppliers, etc.).
14. Able to prepare bouquets, vases, and other flower arrangements as per request.
15. Responsible for creating new floral recipes or designs.
16. Knowledge of all types of flowers and experience in maintaining them.

Qualifications:

1. More than two years' experience in a flower shop (MUST).
2. Ability to work under pressure.

Skills:

1. Fast learner.
