It is a full-time remote role for Real Estate Broker at Luxe Bella Real Estate LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The candidate will be responsible for managing residential and commercial sales and leasing, interacting with clients to understand their needs, negotiating deals, and maintaining relationships with corporate clients.

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory Real Estate experience of 2+ years
  • Good with social media content creation
  • Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and data analysis
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and various real estate software tools.
  • Adhere to RERA rules and regulations (Full knowledge of Trakheesi)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and guide clients on real estate investments in key areas of Dubai
  • Identify and cultivate leads through diverse channels, including networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Create professional social media video content
  • Conduct property viewings and manage negotiations to facilitate successful sales transactions
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both buyers and sellers, offering exceptional customer service.
  • Generate and follow up on leads, ensuring that all client inquiries are promptly addressed
  • Collaborate closely with the internal sales team regarding any hot stock or hot buyers, reinforcing our internal marketplace to boost productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and transactions on our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about current market trends and property values to provide insightful advice to clients.
  • Listing and verification of properties on portals (Property finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, etc.)
  • Drafting and preparing listing forms
  • Applying for Trakheesi permits
  • Maintain contact/lead lists and create weekly leads reports
  • Preparation of availability lists report for rental and sales

What we offer:
