Join our dynamic team at MIRA- Developments as a Videographer focused on Real Estate. We're looking for a creative individual who can capture the essence of stunning properties and convey their value through high-quality video content. If you have a passion for real estate and storytelling through video, this is the perfect opportunity for you

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute video shoots for residential and commercial properties, ensuring the best angles and lighting to showcase the client's listings effectively.
  2. Utilize your expertise in equipment setup and camera operation to capture high-definition video and engaging footage of various properties.
  3. Edit video content using industry-standard software to produce polished, compelling videos that highlight the unique features and ambiance of each property.
  4. Incorporate creative elements such as drone footage, voiceovers, and music to enhance the viewing experience.
  5. Work closely with real estate agents and clients to understand their vision and deliver content that aligns with their branding and marketing goals.
  6. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in real estate videography to continually improve our offerings.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a videographer, with a preference for experience in real estate and developments.
  2. Strong knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  3. Proven experience producing content for social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
  4. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  5. Highly creative with excellent attention to detail.
  6. Well-organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  7. Professional attitude, with a strong work ethic and collaborative approach.
