ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to execution, monitoring performance, and overseeing renewals or terminations.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders (legal, finance, technology) to align on contractual terms and act as the main point of contact for contract-related inquiries.
- Performance Monitoring: Track contract performance metrics and prepare reports on compliance and performance for management review.
- Training & Support: Provide training on contract management processes and improve internal policies for efficiency.
- Renewal & Termination: Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations following proper procedures.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a backup for other procurement team members during their absence.
- Maintain and update procurement-related files and records.
- Assist in procurement meetings and provide updates to management.
- Explore automation and modernization ideas to streamline processes.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Certifications: International certification in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, analytical skills, and proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- 3-4 years of experience with a Law background.
