We are looking for a hands-on Chief Marketing and Sales Officer (CMSO) with a proven ability to drive growth, lead strategy, and execute in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. If you are ambitious, results-oriented, and ready to roll up your sleeves, we want you to join our journey.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement a high-impact marketing and sales strategy to support OROY's ambitious growth goals.
    • Identify product-market fit by analyzing customer demand and market trends, and prioritize collections that drive the most revenue.
    • Work closely with the founders and team to align on the brand's vision and long-term strategy.
  2. Hands-On Marketing Execution:
    • Take ownership of OROY's digital marketing efforts, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok to maximize engagement and drive traffic.
    • Create and manage content, partnerships, and campaigns, actively engaging with customers and influencers.
    • Ensure consistency and excellence in brand messaging across all platforms.
  3. Sales Growth and Expansion:
    • Build and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across e-commerce, direct-to-consumer channels, and retail partnerships.
    • Actively seek new sales opportunities, including collaborations with boutiques, distributors, and key stakeholders.
    • Monitor and optimize sales funnels to ensure maximum conversion and customer retention.
  4. Data-Driven Decision-Making:
    • Use analytics and performance metrics to refine marketing and sales efforts.
    • Provide actionable insights and regular updates to the team to drive growth and scalability.
  5. Collaboration and Team Building:
    • Lead and mentor a small, dedicated team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and hard work.
    • As the business grows, recruit and manage additional team members to scale operations effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in marketing and sales, with a focus on the fashion or lifestyle industry.
    • Proven success in scaling small brands and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
    • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, email marketing platforms).
    • Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
    • A can-do attitude with a willingness to take ownership and execute at all levels.
