Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Description:

Sales Account Manager with 8 to 15 years' experience in IT Solutions. Will be responsible to achieve the set quota by selling solutions (Customer Experience Solutions, IT infrastructure, Networking, Cyber Security, ELV and Services) into Enterprise business accounts.

Job Location & Number of Openings:

Dubai - 1 Position

As UAE sales experience is a mandatory requirement for this role, we invite only candidates based in and around Dubai and Abu Dhabi to apply for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish, maintain and manage overall customer relationship.
  2. Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve the assigned Topline & Bottomline quota.
  3. Understand customer requirements, business strategies, value drivers and business operations.
  4. Identify and qualify opportunities and close deals as per forecast.
  5. Manage multiple deals simultaneously and rightly prioritize business opportunities.
  6. Maintain strong technical awareness of assigned products, professional and managed services and general knowledge of other service offerings within Black Box.
  7. Act as solution expert to clients for Black Box line of business.
  8. Develop and maintain up-to-date sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets and goals.
  9. RFP documents review (technical, legal, financial), RFP response preparation and submission.

Work experience required:

8 to 15 years of experience in selling CX Solutions/ IT Infrastructure/Datacenter/Virtualization/Information Security solutions in the UAE market.

Skills and core competencies required:

  1. IT sales experience in UAE market is a must.
  2. Good presentation and communication skills - verbal and written – English.
  3. Self-driven and target oriented.
  4. Strong consultative selling skills consistent with BlackBox's Solution Selling methodology.
  5. Should be able to reach and drive business discussions at CxO level.
  6. Should be able to act as a trusted advisor to the customers.
  7. Ability to negotiate/influence.
  8. Ability to quickly learn and apply in the field.
  9. Motivated to hunt for new opportunities and expand client relationships.
  10. Thorough understanding of all the aspects of IT infrastructure – Servers, Storage, Networking, Backup and recovery, Business continuity solutions.
  11. Ability to understand customer pain points and requirements and to articulate the business value of Company's products/solution/services.
  12. Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.

Education/Qualifications Required:

  1. Bachelor's or higher is required, preferably in Information Technology or Business.
  2. Relevant partner certifications highly desired.

UAE Driving License required.
