Job Description: Provide full support to the Relocation Department on all Property Coordination to assure the best service to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS TASKS:

  1. Book properties corresponding to the Relocation Department Requests and/or to outside customers;
  2. Work with selected agents and/or with the Landlords;
  3. Note & organize 1 to 4 Home Searches per day by calling real estate agents or landlords to organize the meetings with Move One Relocations customers and/or outside Customers;
  4. Confirm bookings of properties;
  5. Discuss rental price and conditions of payment with the real estate agents and/or the Landlords;
  6. Minimum of 5 deals per month should be closed;
  7. Meet with Real estate agents/ tenants/ Relocation Consultants on viewing, together or independently, if/when required;
  8. A minimum of 10 viewings done with the customers and real estate agents should be done in a week;
  9. Maintain good relationship with the Real estate agents to build a long term relationship;
  10. Build and/or maintain good relationship with the Relocation Department to provide a good service to their department/ their customers;
  11. Meet Agent / Tenant/ Landlord/ Move One Relocation to complete handovers if/when required;
  12. Go to RERA, DEWA, Property Developers to solve operational issues with required documents when needed;
  13. Develop listings of real estate agents and participate in Real Estate events to maintain good relationships with agents;
  14. Participate to Move One events to maintain good relationships with the different departments;
  15. Build and/or entertain a good relationship with Relocation department by updating them on the follow up before handover/ by helping them on viewings;
  16. Send reports to manager on daily and weekly real estate team activities;
  17. Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments;
  18. Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers;
  19. Work independently while understanding.

Job Skills:

  1. Preference for University graduate or equivalent
  2. Fluent English speaker is essential
  3. Min 3-4 years Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
  4. Moving, Relocations or Logistics industry knowledge/experience preferred (2-5 years).
  5. Demonstrated success in building revenue in prior sales positions and a familiarity with the regional market in the corporate relocation and moving industry are desired.
  6. Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and will have a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  8. Highly competitive
  9. Powerpoint presentation experience mandatory.
  10. Professional image with polished presentation
  11. Mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with all levels within an organization
