JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Purpose:

Senior Manager - Business Transformation is responsible for driving and overseeing the digital transformation and data analytics initiatives across the organization. This role will lead the integration of advanced digital technologies and data-driven insights to optimize business operations, enhance customer experiences, and enable growth. The manager will oversee key digital transformation projects, including RPA (UiPath), PowerApps, Non ERP Applications, Omnichannel strategies, AI, and data analytics tools on Google BigQuery and Power BI. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of transformation initiatives and ensure the alignment of business and technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Transformation:

  • Lead and manage the execution of key digital transformation projects, focusing on automation (UiPath), PowerApps, Non ERP Applications, and AI initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for leveraging cutting-edge technologies to improve business processes, customer/employee experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to align digital transformation efforts with business goals and objectives.
  • Drive Key projects like Self Checkout & RFID.

Data Analytics and Insights:

  • Oversee the implementation and usage of data analytics tools on Google BigQuery, Gemini, Vertex AI and Power BI, to drive actionable business insights.
  • Guide teams in developing advanced analytics models and dashboards to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure the effective integration of data across platforms to create a unified view of business performance.

Process Optimization and Automation:

  • Drive the adoption of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation technologies to streamline business processes, reduce operational costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with business units to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Core Technical and Architecture:

UiPath (RPA):

  • Design and architect scalable and efficient UiPath automation solutions, ensuring that RPA bots align with business processes and deliver measurable value.
  • Provide leadership in setting RPA governance standards, deployment strategies, and monitoring frameworks.
  • Optimize RPA workflows for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to the automation platform, and ensure proper integration with other enterprise systems.

PowerApps (Low-Code Development):

  • Lead the architecture and development of PowerApps solutions to improve business processes and user experiences, ensuring that the applications are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate PowerApps with various data sources and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Provide technical leadership for PowerApps governance, ensuring that development follows best practices, security standards, and maintainability guidelines.

Google BigQuery & Power BI (Data & BI Platform):

  • Oversee the architecture and implementation of Google BigQuery as the core data warehouse platform, ensuring that data integration, transformation, and analytics are scalable and efficient.
  • Lead the design of data pipelines, optimization of query performance, and implementation of data storage and processing best practices.
  • Ensure that the data architecture supports real-time data analytics and reporting needs across the organization, leveraging BigQuery's capabilities in big data analysis.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to create data models, dashboards, and reports that deliver actionable business insights.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing scalable Power BI solutions, including data modeling, report creation, and dashboard development.
  • Proficient in Power Query for data transformation, DAX for advanced calculations, and Power BI Service for deployment, security, and sharing.
  • Experience with Power BI integration into data warehousing solutions, optimizing performance, and ensuring efficient data refresh and query execution
  • Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning models, ensuring that they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of deep learning models, including CNNs and RNNs, for applications in automation, predictive analytics, and customer experience.
  • Ensure the integration of machine learning models into business processes, driving automation, personalization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to fine-tune AI algorithms, evaluate model performance, and enhance model accuracy with continuous feedback and optimization.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning technologies to continuously improve and evolve AI solutions, driving innovation across business units.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with senior management and business leaders to define the digital transformation roadmap and ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
  • Present regular updates on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to key stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business transformation professionals, including data analysts, project managers, and technical experts.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

Change Management:

  • Manage change initiatives related to digital transformation and data adoption, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and evolve the organization's digital and data transformation strategies.
  • Drive the implementation of best practices in business transformation, digital innovation, and data analytics.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in business transformation, digital strategy, or data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience in driving digital transformation initiatives involving technologies such as RPA (UiPath), PowerApps, AI, omnichannel solutions, and store digital applications.
  • Strong experience with data analytics platforms like Google BigQuery, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale transformation projects.

Skills:

  • Expertise in digital transformation technologies, process automation, and data analytics.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and how digital solutions can drive business value.
  • Expertise in core technical architecture and governance for UiPath RPA, PowerApps, and Google BigQuery.
  • Ability to design scalable and efficient systems and workflows within these platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive execution with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Certifications (preferred): UiPath RPA, PowerApps, AI/ML certifications, or data analytics certifications such as Google Big Query or Power BI.
