Job Title: WordPress Developer

Location: Dubai Hybrid (2 Days in Office / Remote)

We're working with a dynamic and innovative organization seeking a WordPress Developer to create and maintain high-performance websites. This role is perfect for someone passionate about WordPress development and looking to take ownership of projects while working in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development & Maintenance: Build and optimize WordPress websites focusing on performance, scalability, and security.

Site Management: Administer and manage WordPress sites, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues efficiently.

Customization: Develop and customize themes and plugins to meet business requirements using advanced PHP skills.

Plugin Management: Implement and manage plugins like LearnDash and MemberPress to enhance website capabilities.

Content Management: Regularly update content, create new pages, and maintain the site structure using the WordPress admin panel.

Collaboration: Work with design and marketing teams to implement new features and content.

Maintenance: Conduct routine updates, troubleshooting, and performance enhancements to ensure optimal functionality.

Requirements:

Site Administration: Experience managing WordPress sites through the admin panel. Familiarity with SEO best practices and website analytics tools.

Problem-Solving: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Collaboration & Communication: Strong team collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other CMS platforms and frameworks. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and server management. Understanding of web hosting environments.
