About the Role

NIO MENA seeks a dynamic and experienced Strategy Manager to join our Business Development team in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic growth initiatives in the MENA region for a leading innovator in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research to identify strategic business opportunities in the MENA region.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance operational efficiency.
• Assess new market and business opportunities, focusing on market entries, strategic partnerships, and distributor partnerships.
• Collaborate with commercial and finance teams to analyse opportunities and develop compelling business cases.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead the setup and execution of the Strategy & Growth Office (SGO).
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background: MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in consulting, strategic planning, or business development.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Automotive experience in UAE and KSA markets; broader GCC experience is an advantage.
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and influence others in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
