Your Role
This role reports to the Regional Human Resources Manager Middle East. The incumbent is responsible for providing general HR administrative support for Power Technique within the region (UAE, Egypt and Saudi Arabia). In addition, the role will provide administrative support to the wider PTBA team in a professional and timely manner.
Essential Job Functions
- Manage HR onboarding and termination processes.
- Maintain HR databases, employee lists, distribution lists, organisational charts etc.
- Ensure all HR files and documents are up to date at all times.
- Participate in the payroll process.
- Manage the company medical insurance policy.
- Provide reports as and when requested by the Line Manager.
- Provide team support by booking travel and managing all office management and administration requirements.
- Any other duties as requested by the Line Manager.
Human Resources
- Create employee Contracts.
- Manage the onboarding process including announcements, visas, medical insurance, training plans, IT assets/accesses, stationery, creation of files, addition to databases/lists/distribution lists, flights and hotel bookings, etc.
- Manage the termination process including payment of End of Service Benefits, visa cancellation, medical insurance deletion, disabling IT access, Out of Office message, removal from databases, lists and distribution lists, return of company property, etc.
- Prepare letters as requested by employees:
- Salary letters to banks
- Embassy letters
- NOC letters
- Dealer invitation letters, letter of confirmation etc.
- Manage medical insurance plan and ensure DHA file is updated at all times.
- Manage training records and ensure that all training is recorded.
- Manage leave and create reports when needed.
- Arrange training sessions for employees.
- Follow up on the Performance Appraisal process to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain employee databases and lists to ensure they are up to date at all times.
- Maintain organisational charts to ensure they are up to date at all times.
- Assist in creation and review of HR policies and communications.
- Maintain HR Shared folder ensuring soft copies of all required documents are held.
- Run reports as requested by the Regional HR Manager.
- Assist the Regional HR Manager in administrative tasks as requested.
- Assist in event planning and organisation.
- Book flight tickets for PT employees and handle invoicing.
- Make hotel bookings for PT Team, guests, other Atlas Copco employees, including invoicing and SOA.
- Manage travel agent services and SOA.
- Raise E-Purchase requests for all suppliers and coordinate with Finance for payment processing.
- Coordinate with Finance Hub to create new suppliers in the E-Purchase system.
- Manage all office maintenance requirements.
- Manage ordering of stationery and pantry suppliers.
- Order supplies for coffee machines and arrange maintenance when required.
- Arrange printing of business cards for PT Team.
- Manage car lease arrangements, agreements, invoicing and SOA for employees.
- Manage Gold & Diamond Park parking card renewals with Emaar.
- Arrange gate passes for suppliers to enter Emaar buildings.
- Manage day to day courier services.
Essential: University Degree in Human Resources, Communications or Business Administration.
Desirable: 2+ years' experience in a similar role.

- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products.
