We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
  1. As a Social Media Content Creator, you'll be working alongside the growth team to create engaging social and media content for all our social channels.
  2. This role will be responsible for creating new assets for the Social Media team to post, utilizing creative photography and UGC, occasionally shooting your own photography, creating static and motion graphics, short videos (typically from existing assets), and infographics and concepting new ways to connect with our communities.
  3. Manage and execute the outlined social media strategy across our social media channels.
  4. Manage social media campaigns and day‐to‐day activities. Duties include online advocacy, provision of regular content and promotions; combined with community‐outreach efforts.
  5. Monitor community engagement and engage with customers, and influencer content across all platforms.
  6. Attend both in-office and on-location shoots to ensure the videographer executes the creative vision as outlined in the brief, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
  7. Collaborate closely with designers to establish a strong and cohesive brand identity across social media, ensuring visual and messaging consistency.
  8. Write and edit copy across social, ensuring brand's tone of voice is maintained.
  9. Collaborate with social team to build social trend reports, focusing on industry and social trends, tech updates, key competitors and visual references for social content.
  10. Responsible for collating weekly, monthly and campaign social reports.
  11. Execute social media publishing and content ideas, ensuring that all posts are accurate and punctual with optimization at the forefront to drive business value.
  12. Work closely with the brand communications team to ensure the coordination of communications on main social channels as needed.
  13. Measure the impact of social media campaigns through the analysis, review and reporting of campaign effectiveness in an effort to maximize results.
  14. Communicate insights gained from social media monitoring.
  15. Working with the team, develop and execute ideas for exciting still image and video shoots across a range of business areas.
  16. Work with the wider content team to manage the content calendar.
  17. Ensure competitor research and customer insight are at the heart of all our output.
  18. Adhere to rules and regulations, safeguard our company brand.
What you'll need:
  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar field.
  2. Strong problem solving and communication skills.
  3. Excellent knowledge of content creation needs for social media channels - Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn.
  4. Excellent understanding of the different formats of content creation required per channel.
