We are seeking exceptional F&B Attendants to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team at One & Only One Za'abeel. You will play a vital role in delivering an unparalleled dining experience to our diverse and international clientele. We are looking for candidates who possess outstanding language skills, a strong background in bartending, and preferably, experience in leading restaurants with Michelin-star or world's best rankings.

About The Role

Your main responsibilities are to support/assist the waiter in delivering exceptional standard of service. This includes running the food service from kitchen to restaurant, clearing tables and sections from debris and soiled utensils, liaising with the Stewarding team to wash equipment, polishing, storing, refiling stations, setting back of house mis-en place, setting tables, serving food, completing opening and closing duties, and adhering to sanitation and safety standards (ISO).

About You

Previous experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel or restaurant. Proficiency in English is required, with additional languages being a strong asset. Previous experience working in established restaurants is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Impeccable attention to detail and presentation. A passion for hospitality and a desire to continuously improve and innovate.
