Job Opening: Account Manager – Health and Safety Equipment Trading LLC
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Alfa Global Health & Safety Equipment Trading L.L.C. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. As a leader in providing top-quality health and safety equipment, we are seeking a motivated professional who is passionate about workplace safety and can build lasting relationships with clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop key client accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate health and safety solutions (PPE, workplace safety equipment, etc.).
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within existing and new accounts.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and follow-up to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the health & safety equipment or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, products, and PPE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
