Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Business Valuation & Transaction Advisory

  1. Conduct business valuations for mergers, acquisitions, and investment purposes.
  2. Develop financial models and valuation reports in compliance with international standards.
  3. Perform due diligence for potential transactions, including financial, operational, and market analysis.
  4. Provide strategic transaction advisory services to clients, including deal structuring and risk assessment.

Audit & Financial Advisory

  1. Lead and manage external and internal audit engagements across diverse industries.
  2. Ensure compliance with IFRS and other applicable financial reporting standards.
  3. Evaluate financial statements and internal controls, providing recommendations for improvements.
  4. Work closely with clients to resolve audit findings and ensure regulatory compliance.

Client & Team Management

  1. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic insights and tailored financial solutions.
  2. Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring professional development and knowledge sharing.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated advisory services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Professional certifications such as ACCA or CA are highly desirable.
  3. Min. 5+ years of experience in Business Valuation, Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory, and Auditing.
  4. Good financial modelling, data analysis, and valuation expertise.
  5. Knowledge of IFRS and audit standards.
  6. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple engagements.
