Job Summary

Required Skills

Technical Skills Requirements

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in managing B2B accounts
  2. Excellent customer relations management
  3. Proven modern project management skills (or willingness to learn)

Marketing Skills Requirements

  1. General knowledge of creative and digital business :
  • Branding

  • Social Media Marketing
  • Copywriting
  • Content Writing
  • Artificial Intelligence for Marketing
  • Digital Marketing General Knowledge is a Plus

Academic Requirements

  1. Business, marketing, media, communication, or any relevant degree.

Additional Skills

  1. Knowledge of modern project management tools such as Nifty.pm
  2. Language Skills: Tagalog
  3. Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate with team members and stakeholders is a must.
  4. Strong capability to work independently and manage tasks on your own.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients and develop new business opportunities to grow the client base.
  2. Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on cloud computing best practices and technology trends.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and product teams, to ensure client success and satisfaction with our cloud offerings.
  4. Presentations and Discussions: Lead client presentations and discussions to drive adoption and usage of cloud services, educate clients on new cloud-related products and services, and respond to client inquiries and requests.
  5. Metrics Tracking: Track and report on key account metrics, including revenue and customer satisfaction, and use this information to drive continuous improvement.
  6. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in marketing, and use this knowledge to drive new business and improve client engagement.
  7. Customer Success: Ensure client success by working closely with them to achieve their goals, address any issues or concerns, and help them maximize the value of their marketing investments.
  8. Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
  9. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in client relationships and develop strategies to mitigate them.
