This leading international retailer is currently looking to appoint an Area Manager to join their team in Dubai to help expand their retailing portfolio.

The remit:

* Maximise sales and profitability.
* Oversee smooth operations for all stores in your area.
* Contribute towards business improvement projects.
* Manage, motivate and develop your team.
* Maintain good working relationship with key contacts and clients
* Ensure that the brand's operational standards are met
* Train and develop new staff

To be successful you must have

* Experience in a large, fast paced retailer
* Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to energise and motivate
* Have a proven track record of driving KPIs through your people
* Have a strong product and market awareness.
* Have the ability to multitask and work successfully to time restraints.
