Pullman Dubai Downtown is a cosmopolitan 5 Star hotel located in the Business Bay district in close proximity to the Burj Khalifa Dubai Mall and the Dubai Downtown area Each of our 340 stylishly designed rooms and suites offers views of the Burj Khalifa Canal view and Business Bay district As a Steward you will support the hotel s kitchen and Food amp Beverage operations by ensuring a clean hygienic safe and well-organized working environment while maintaining the hotel s quality and operational standards
What you will be doing
- Clean and sanitize kitchen and outlet areas workstations floors walls and equipment according to hotel standards
- Wash and sanitize crockery cutlery glassware pots pans and other kitchen utensils
- Operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Collect segregate and dispose of waste according to hotel procedures
- Maintain cleanliness in waste disposal areas and follow proper recycling procedures
- Monitor the availability of kitchen and F amp B items cleaning supplies and report low stock to the supervisor
- Follow all hygiene food safety and sanitation procedures including HACCP standards

- Should have min. 1 year experience as a Steward in a hotel or retaurant Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
- Knowledge of safe chemical handling and the operation of dishwashing equipment is preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
