NoWayOut is one of Dubai's largest and most exciting escape room experiences. We specialize in delivering immersive, thrilling, and unforgettable adventures that challenge participants both mentally and physically. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Performance Marketer to help us scale our digital presence and drive customer engagement.

What You Will Do

  1. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, develop, and execute paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and others.
  2. Data Analytics & Optimization: Use data-driven insights to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal results (e.g., ROAS, CR, AOV, CAC).
  3. A/B Testing & Landing Page Optimization: Conduct A/B testing to optimize ads and landing pages for higher conversion rates and a better user experience.
  4. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to produce eye-catching ad content that engages and converts our audience.
  5. Performance Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), making adjustments as necessary to improve results.
  6. Customer Segmentation & Targeting: Implement segmentation strategies to target the right audience, tailoring messaging for maximum impact.
  7. Influencer Marketing: Develop and manage partnerships with influencers to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.
  8. Budget Management: Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively for maximum impact.

What You Bring to the Table

  1. 2+ years of experience in performance marketing with expertise in PPC, paid social.
  2. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
  3. Experience in optimizing KPIs such as ROAS, CR, AOV, LTV, and CAC.
  4. Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  5. Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and landing page optimization.
  6. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Shopify and Klaviyo.
  7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  9. A passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.
