Overview: As a FrontendEngineer at Inception you will be responsible for designing anddeveloping the user interface of our AI products. Your role iscrucial in creating intuitive responsive and engaging userexperiences that meet the needs of our customers. You will workclosely with product designers and backend engineers to deliverhighquality web applications that are both visually appealing andfunctionally robust.
Theopportunity Inception is the UAEsnationalscale enabler in AI Research and Development. Partneringwith Microsofts AI SaaS we offer domainspecific Agentic AIOrchestrator platforms utilizing reasoning agents for precise andcosteffective services. Our focus includes AI incubation IPcreation applied AI R&D and AI investment products. Bycreating models tailored to specific domains and languages weensure superior accuracy and efficiency. Collaborating with topuniversities and industry giants to drive significant advancementsin AI technology within the region. Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities
  • Design and develop user interfacesfor AI products ensuring a seamless and engaging userexperience.
  • Collaborate with product designersand backend engineers to translate design concepts into functionalweb applications.
  • Implement responsive designprinciples to ensure applications are optimized for various devicesand screen sizes.
  • Integrate frontendapplications with backend services using RESTful APIs andGraphQL.
  • Conduct code reviews and provideconstructive feedback to ensure code quality and bestpractices.
  • Develop and execute frontend testingplans to ensure the stability and reliability of theapplications.
  • Optimize frontend performance byimplementing best practices such as lazy loading code splitting andasset optimization.
  • Stay updated with thelatest advancements in frontend development and incorporateinnovative solutions into our products.
  • Provideguidance and mentorship to junior frontend engineers fostering aculture of continuous learning andimprovement.
  • Ensure the alignment of frontenddevelopment goals with the companys strategic objectives drivingthe delivery of highquality and innovative userinterfaces.

RequiredTech Stack
  • Programming Languages:Proficiency in HTML CSS andJavaScript.
  • Frontend Frameworks: Experiencewith modern frontend frameworks and libraries such as React Angularor Vue.js.
  • State Management: Knowledge of statemanagement libraries such as Redux MobX orVuex.
  • Responsive Design: Expertise inresponsive and mobilefirst design using frameworks like Bootstrapor Tailwind CSS.
  • Version Control: Proficiencyin Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab for version control andcollaboration.
  • Testing: Experience withfrontend testing tools and frameworks such as Jest Mocha Cypress orSelenium.
  • Build Tools: Familiarity with buildtools and task runners like Webpack Babel andnpm/Yarn.
  • API Integration: Experience inintegrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL into frontendapplications.
  • Design Tools: Knowledge of designtools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD for collaborating withdesigners.
  • Performance Optimization:Understanding of performance optimization techniques for frontendapplications including lazy loading code splitting and assetoptimization.
Qualifications: Skills and attributes for success oBachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield. o Experience in frontend developmentparticularly with AIdriven applications. oA portfolio showcasing previous frontend projects andcontributions.
To qualifyfor the role you must have o Strong verbaland written communication skills. o Abilityto collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams. o Understanding of UI/UX design principlesand best practices. o Ability to createvisually appealing and userfriendly interfaces.
