35 yearsexperience in property sales preferably with experience in sellingoff plan property
Demonstrable key accountmanagement experience.
Ability to communicateclearly and effectively in person in writing and over thephone.
Basic knowledge of CRM isessential.
Comfortable with leadingpresentations.
Ability to structure andprioritize workloads.
Team player with theability to operate both independently and within a teamenvironment.
