Provides support in the preparation anddevelopment of Business Agreements. Supports in preparing andproviding Company Utilities Forecasts to ADNOC on a regularbasis.

KeyAccountabilities

StrategicBusiness Planning

  • Developsthe company long term strategic plans to ensure mission andbusiness objectives are in line with company's growth andeconomic returns.

Company5-Year Business Plan

  • Participates in the preparation ofcompany's 5-year Business Plan on an annual basis toincorporate division wise company plans, production projections,operating margins and future projects.

Business Agreements

  • Provide support in the preparation ofBusiness agreements.
  • Provide technical supporton legal agreements, as required.

Coordination

  • Coordinates internally within theCompany, and with ADNOC Group of Companies, Downstream Directorateand major peers in the region in reviewing company activities asand when required.

Product Specification

  • Coordinates with the CompanyStakeholders, Downstream Directorate and ADNOC to develop new andreview existing product specification.

Utilities Forecast (Power, Water andNatural Gas)

  • Coordinateswith Internal Stakeholder for utilities updates, validates andcompiles company updated utilities forecast.

MinimumRequirements

  • Bachelor Degree in ChemicalEngineering.
  • At least 6 years'experience in refining industry with more than 3 years ofexperience in Refinery Planning andPerformance.
  • Good knowledge of Englishlanguage, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic ispreferable.
  • Good presentation skills andcomputer literacy.
