Associate - Maritime

Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing shipment status updates, and resolving any issues that may arise during the transportation process. Contribute to the optimization of the supply chain by identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings. Work with internal teams to streamline processes related to maritime logistics. Identify potential risks associated with maritime operations and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Monitor and manage insurance claims related to maritime shipments. Analyze data related to maritime operations to identify trends, assess performance, and make informed recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, finance, and operations to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Foster positive relationships with external stakeholders including shipping agencies, port authorities, and customs officials.
