We are seeking a creative organized anddriven Social Media and Events Specialist to lead our digitalstorytelling and event management initiatives. You will beresponsible for developing our social media strategy managingcontent and delivering impactful events that enhance our brand andengage our community.

KeyResponsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop andimplement a social media strategy aligned with brand objectives.
  • Create curate and schedule engaging contentacross platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedInetc..
  • Monitor digital trends engage withonline communities and increase follower engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics prepare reportsand adjust campaigns based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with design marketing and content teams for consistentbrand messaging.
  • Localize and Arabize contentwhen necessary.

EventPlanning & :

  • Plan and execute a variety of events including product launcheswellness summits and conferences.
  • Managelogistics endtoend: vendor coordination budgeting schedulingpromotion and followup.
  • Collaborate withinternal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smoothevent .
  • Design event marketing strategies anddrive audience engagement.
  • Coordinate andliaise with influencers and brand ambassadors.

MarketingInitiatives:

  • Manageand grow affiliate marketing programs.
  • Designand implement loyalty programs that enhance customer retention andsatisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social mediamanagement and/or event coordination.
  • Strongunderstanding of social media platforms digital content trends andonline engagement strategies.
  • Excellentcontent writing visual storytelling and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as CanvaHootsuite Eventbrite and CRM systems.
  • Strongorganizational skills with the ability to multitask and meetdeadlines.
  • Experience in the wellness fitnessor sports industry is highly preferred.
  • Basicskills in photography videography and design/video editing.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising on socialplatforms (Meta Ads LinkedInetc..
