We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdrivenMortgage Advisor for our Direct Sales team in Abu Dhabi United ArabEmirates. As a key member of our financial services team you willplay a crucial role in helping clients achieve their homeownershipgoals while contributing to the growth of our mortgageportfolio.

  • Proactively identify andpursue new business opportunities to expand our clientbase
  • Conduct indepth financial assessments todetermine clients mortgage eligibility andneeds
  • Provide expert advice on mortgageproducts terms and conditions to prospectiveclients
  • Develop and maintain strongrelationships with clients real estate agents and other referralsources
  • Prepare and present mortgageapplications ensuring all required documentation is complete andaccurate
  • Negotiate terms and conditions withclients and lenders to structure favorable mortgagedeals
  • Stay uptodate with market trendscompetitor offerings and regulatory changes in the UAE mortgageindustry
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets whilemaintaining high customer satisfactionlevels
  • Collaborate with internal teams toensure smooth processing and closing of mortgageapplications
  • Represent the company at industryevents and networking opportunities to generateleads

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Finance Business Administration or a relatedfield
  • Relevant mortgage advisor certification(e.g. Certified Mortgage Advisor)
  • Minimum 35years of experience in mortgage lending or related financialservices
  • Proven track record in direct salespreferably in the banking or real estatesector
  • Strong communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diversebackgrounds
  • Excellent sales techniques andnegotiation skills
  • Advanced financial analysisand problemsolving abilities
  • Proficiency inmortgage lending software and CRMsystems
  • Indepth knowledge of UAE mortgageregulations and banking practices
  • Understandingof real estate market trends in Abu Dhabi and theUAE
  • Fluency in English andArabic
  • Selfmotivated with a strong work ethicand the ability to workindependently
  • Detailoriented with a commitmentto accuracy and compliance
  • Flexibility to workoutside regular business hours when required to meet clientneeds
