Job Summary:

We areseeking a highly skilled Technology DeliveryManager to lead the planning development and delivery oflargescale technology solutions in the banking domain. The idealcandidate will have extensive experience in banking technology deepexpertise in fullstack development and a strong track record ofsuccessfully managing endtoend solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Delivery &Strategy:

  • Define andexecute technology roadmaps for largescale banking solutionsensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatoryrequirements.
  • Oversee the full softwaredevelopment lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering todeployment and support.
  • Drive digitaltransformation initiatives leveraging modern cloud API andmicroservicesbased architectures.

Project & StakeholderManagement:

  • Leadcrossfunctional teams including Team Leads developers architectstesters and business analysts to ensure seamless project.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholdersincluding business leaders product owners and regulators to defineand prioritize technology solutions.
  • Ensuretimely delivery of projects managing risks dependencies andresource constraints effectively.

FullStack TechnologyLeadership:

  • Drivefullstack technology adoption including frontend (React) backend(Java Spring boot) and database technologies.
  • Ensure robust software architecture with a focus onscalability security and performance optimization.
  • Advocate for DevOps CI/CD test automation and cloudnativedevelopment best practices.
    • Ensure technology solutions comply with bankingregulations.
    • Implement strong risk managementframeworks ensuring data privacy and cybersecurity bestpractices.

Required Skills &Qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in technologydelivery / solution build roles preferably in the banking orfinancial services sector.
  • Strongunderstanding of banking systems payments and compliancesystems.
  • Proficiency infullstack technologies including Java JavaScript(React/Angular) cloud platforms (AzureP) and databases.
  • Experience with microservices architecture APIsDevOps and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills witha proven ability to drive technology transformation.
  • Experience in team management delivery planningsolution architecture.
