Positionto report: ConversionManager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adherecompany safety policy and actively participate in creating safeworking environment at alltime
  • To undertake Jobsassigned by the conversionmanager
  • Lead FLNGconversion engineeringsubcontractor
  • PrepareScope of Work for detailed engineering and Yardactivities
  • Lead andsupervise detailed engineeringactivities
  • Coordinatewith project team dedicated disciplineleads
  • Involved intechnical review ofsubcontractors
  • Reviewand update Vessel and engineering documentation (P&ID OIMmanuals safety studies mooring and installationprocedures)
  • Interfacewith Class and ensure compliance with Class rules for new equipmentand life extension of existing equipment (hull fatigueassessment)
  • Interfacewith packagemanagers

REQUIREMENTS

  • MasterEngineering NavalArchitect
  • Minimum5yearsexperience asEngineeringlead
  • Experiencein ship conversion orFLNG/FSRUnewbuilding
  • LNGor cryogenic experiencerequired
  • Extensiveknowledge in engineering and navalarchitecture
  • Vesselconversion experiencerequired
  • Familiarwith applicable regulationscodes of practice and standards in thecontext of marine andoffshoreoil and gasindustry.
  • Experiencein the field of Marine and Offshore activities with regards totransport and installation includingmooring
  • Musthave handson experience with installation and mooringdesign
  • Must havehandson experience with STSoperations
  • A goodknowledge of all appropriate engineeringsystems
  • A goodknowledge of safety and emergency systems and equipmentonboard
  • High level ofverbal and written communication skills inEnglish
