We arehiring a Scrum master to work with our Global IT Consulting client.This is a longterm contract position open for permanentrole.

Requirements
  • Certified Scrum Master certification or equivalent agilecertifications.
  • Proven experience as an AgileScrum Master or Agile coach fostering Agile transformation withinorganizations.
  • Deep understanding of agileprinciples values and practices with experience in implementingagile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with theability to influence and motivate team members andstakeholders.
  • Experience working with agileproject management tools like Jira including configuring agileboards managing backlogs and generating reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing prioritiesmanage ambiguity and work effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Experience with the DefenceStrategic Framework Defence Capability Life Cycle and the relatedgovernance requirements.
