Job Description:

Responsible for the planning, integration, test casing,scripting and of all testing to ensure proper coverage; Schedulesand leads test deliverables review sessions as necessary; Work onmultiple projects/systems as a project team member and areconsidered to be a subject matter expert for a singleproject/system. These projects are of moderate to high complexitywithin one or more development environments; Collaborate with theBSA and Development teams in the analysis and review of businessobjectives and requirements to ensure requirements are testable;Actively participate in the review of architectural and technicaldesign specifications; Develop, document and maintain the testdata, data validation, end to end testing flows.; Conducts testingusing HNB manual and/or automated test processes and reportsresults; May run database queries in order to supply datavalidation within test scripts; Updates test cases based uponapproved change requests; Works with BSAs and Development teams ondefect analysis and triage; Assigns defect severity, and managesdefects throughout the project; Works with colleagues and projectmanagers to meet established target dates and completion ofactivities/deliverables under changing conditions; Creates teststatus reports per project guidelines; Creates test results andtest summary deliverables to ensure production implementationreadiness; Creates and facilitates review of the Test Strategy withthe project team; Identifies any potential quality issues perdefined processes and escalates potential quality issuesimmediately to management; Collects testing sign-off from alltesting participants, including cross-impacted application teams;Ensures all aspects of testing, such as manual , regression,automation and performance testing, is completed; Collaborates withProject Test Lead on estimating the test efforts; Collaborates withthe project team to support UAT efforts as needed; Maintains theregression test bed to meet changing requirements; Participates inoff-hour production releases as needed; Supports the projectiswarranty period as needed; Works under moderate supervision withsome latitude for independent judgement and problem solving;Provides mentorship to junior team members as needed; Understandsand follows the project lifecycle methodologyconsistently.
