KeyResponsibilities:

Strategy&

  • Developexecute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across GoogleAds Meta LinkedIn and other paidplatforms.

  • Plan and managebudgets to meet performance goals while maximizing return on adspend (ROAS).

  • Createcompelling ad creatives and landing page briefs in collaborationwith the content and designteams.

  • Monitor campaign KPIsdaily and adjust strategies to drive traffic conversions andrevenuegrowth.

Analytics&Reporting

  • Setup track and report on campaign performance using tools like GoogleAnalytics Google Tag Manager and platformdashboards.

  • Analyze data andA/B test performance to improve clickthrough rates (CTR) conversionrates (CVR) and cost per acquisition(CPA).

  • Deliver weekly andmonthly reports with actionable insights for internalstakeholders.

Collaboration&Growth

  • Workclosely with sales content product and design teams to ensurecampaign alignment with overall businessobjectives.

  • Stay up to datewith industry trends emerging platforms and best practices in paidmedia and digitalgrowth.

  • Propose new channelstools and strategies to test and expand our marketingefforts.

Requirements:

  • Provenexperience as a Performance Marketing Manager Paid Media Specialistor a similar role.

  • Strongunderstanding of performance channels (Google Ads Meta LinkedInTikTok Ads etc. and how to scalethem.

  • Handson experiencewith tools such as Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Data Studioand Excel.

  • Ability to buildand interpret datadriven reports anddashboards.

  • Strongcopywriting skills and creative thinking for ad content andmessaging.

  • Excellent timemanagement organizational skills and attention todetail.

  • Bachelors degree inMarketing Business Communications or a relatedfield.

SalaryRange andBenefits:

SalaryRange: 6000 AED 8000 AED (based on experience andqualifications).
We provide medical insurance as per UAElaw visa sponsorship ongoing training and additional benefits basedon the applicantsprofile.

WorkArrangement:

This is a fulltimeonsite position with no remote or hybrid work options. Candidatesmust be available to work from the designatedlocation.
